22 Pollen

22 Pollen is a landmark development spearheaded by private investment and development company, Triumph Capital. Triumph Capital have an extensive and diverse portfolio of premium and character workspaces throughout central Auckland and tasked us with producing a bespoke publication showcasing 22 Pollen to a discerning audience.

The Identity

The design of the publication was informed by the architecture of the building and the locale. The façade of the building facing Pollen St is a central feature, with an arrangement of brass and aluminium panels intersecting with the glass and stone wall. This provided us with a recurring graphic that we applied as a foil on the cover and insert pages.

Understated Elegance

Hand-lettering was employed to offset the modernist lines of the layout and typography. Page inserts highlighting the key features of the building and amenities were placed throughout the booklet. A palette of forest green, brass and blush tones were chosen to reflect a sophisticated luxe in keeping with the visual outlook of the neighbourhood.

A Showcase of Proximity

22 Pollen is located in an area that is projected for strong residential and commercial growth. Bordering the fringes of Ponsonby, Grey Lynn and Karangahape Road, it is home to an established creative, hospitality and retail scene. We commissioned photographer Jeremy Toth, known for his work documenting architecture and interior design, to produce the imagery to be featured throughout the brochure, showing key dining, retail and sights of the location.

Developing a Customised Digital Map

To bring home the idea of having the best of Auckland at your doorstep, we designed and developed an interactive, digital map to give the reader an in-depth guide into local restaurants, cafes, bars and shops.
